I advise you to take the Medium "M" ones which are already elastic, the Soft ones would probably be too elastic, however they are not suitable for spearfishing. Unfortunately I took them in sizes larger than my size, I partially remedied this by inserting the insoles that you can easily find on the market but I have to take other measures because the fin, in particular the right one since the insoles have the right direction, tends to move from the heel not allowing for an adequately loose stride. They are very light, I took the 250 gr. and they weigh very little. Highly recommended for medium/low bottoms. Francis

Hello, I am 1.80m tall and weigh 70kg. I practice several sports including running. I wanted fins that were not too flexible, but powerful for depth (+/- 20m). This is exactly what I was looking for for freediving. no slippage despite the length. I feel safe . the fins measure 93 cm with the liner, the width is 19.5 cm I wear size 45 (Europe) or a foot of 29 cm. for the swimming pool I took the 42/43 liner. for the sea I use the 44/45 liner with a 4mm neoprene liner and fixed palm elastics. so you have to see how you use it. sportily.gerard.
