For years, the Cressi Specialized label has been the quality standard of this Italian brand, and the Fast-series isothermal suits series proudly carry this distinction. Comfortable, easy to put on and with various anatomic features that improve its fit and performance, the Fast 5mm is an excellent solution for various types of diving practices.

Being a modular suit, the Fast 5mm combines a 5mm single piece with a 5mm hood and a 3.5mm cap, offering a wide variety of combinations to submerge yourself in waters of different temperature and composition depending on the climate.

To make its configuration easier and improve its sealing, the Fast 5mm has double-lined neoprene sleeves in the wrist area. Its YKK® rear zipper also incorporates Acquastop® system, designed to reduce water filtrations inside the suit and extends well up to the neck to better protect this area.

Finally, the Anatomic Shape neck, with a 120º preformed design that provides greater comfort, and various Tatex® anti-wear reinforcements on the knees and shoulders, increase the Fast 5mm’s protection in these critical zones.

Stylish, warm and versatile, the FAST can be used in the widest range of temperate and cold waters. Durable 5 mm, double-lined neoprene, stands up well to compression at depth for maximum heat retention.

Pre-shaped legs improve flexibility for easier kicking.

Modular system. Single piece of 3, 5 or 7 mm depending on the version + 5 mm hood + 3.5 mm shorty jacket with non-through stitching.

All the pieces are available separately and need to be purchased apart. This system allows the use of FAST in very different conditions, shorty and easy to place in summer, and an option with the suit in winter.

The closure of the wetsuit presents a noticeable improvement of the design that reduces the entry of water at this critical point. The closure flap is now much wider and the nape area is prolonged to prevent infiltration when the neck is tilted underwater.

Bought for practicing freediving in a pool (static and dynamic) hoping to solve my cold problem. Objective 100% fulfilled in terms of thermal comfort. On the other hand, a very tight-fitting suit at the shoulders and chest for my body shape. I am 1m76 tall, weigh 71 kg but I am quite broad in the shoulders and chest. I started with a size M. I think it is still the right size but the result is a very tight fit that limited my arm movements the first few weeks. Since then, a slight softening has improved the comfort of movement. I remain very satisfied with this purchase.

Good afternoon. I would like to know if this suit offers any buoyancy. I intend to purchase a suit for use in open water, specifically for triathlons.

Hi, I got this suit recently for work as a HUET diver. I work in chlorinated pool water which provides less buoyancy than saltwater. I can say that 5mm suit does provide excellent buoyancy, even when I wear a harness in the water. So for open water it should be suitable. If you are wanting a suit for triathlons I would look towards a triathlon specific suit. As a 5mm suit such as this can be restricting in movement for such activities and could also lead to over heating. Hope this helps.

Hi, I´m also 184 cm tall and weigh just under 84 kg. Size L was definitely too tight for me, so I gave it to my buddy in Egypt as a gift. I ordered an XL, which has a bit of slack in my legs (thighs), but I´ve done several dives in it in 2025 and I´m happy with the XL.

I´m 5´3" and weigh 180 lbs. I have roughly the same waist and chest size. The XL size has been a good fit. Consider using soap when putting it on to make it easier.
