- size M - circumference of the wrap, no stretching applied - 38 cm (15 inches).
- size L - circumference of the wrap, no stretching applied - 43 cm (17 inches).
- size XL - circumference of the wrap, no stretching applied - 48 cm (19 inches).
- size XXL - circumference of the wrap, no stretching applied - 53 cm (21 inches).

EXAMPLE: for a naked calf with the widest circumference of 39 cm I would choose size L
