Dive Rite Backplate Comfort Pad Sheath

DIVE RITE Backplate Comfort Pad Sheath: Ultimate Comfort for Your Harness System

Elevate your diving experience to a new level of comfort with the DIVE RITE Backplate Comfort Pad Sheath, the definitive accessory for any diver using a backplate and wing system. Specifically engineered to eliminate discomfort without compromising on performance, this pad transforms your rig into a seamlessly integrated part of your gear. Say goodbye to the hard, unyielding feel of a metal plate against your back, both on the surface and at depth.

The Backplate Comfort Pad’s high-tech design consists of molded foam, intelligently contoured in all the right places to prevent uncomfortable pokes and prods when wearing a metal backplate. This ergonomic shaping provides crucial cushioning for your spine and back, allowing for longer, more enjoyable dives. Integrated mesh airflow channels are a standout innovation, offering instant draining topside to keep you lighter and to significantly speed up drying time between dives. Crucially, these channels resist compression, allowing the pad to maintain its supportive thickness and superior comfort even at depth, where other materials might fail.

Ease of use is paramount in its design. Using strong Velcro straps that secure directly to the shoulders of your harness, the Backplate Comfort Pad can be easily added or removed in seconds, without the need to disassemble your entire harness. This makes it a perfect addition for travel or for divers who switch between wetsuits and drysuits of varying thickness. Its universal design ensures a perfect fit with any standard backplate or harness, making it a versatile upgrade for your existing BCD jacket setup. Proudly Made in the U.S.A., this pad is a testament to quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design for the serious diver.
