What I have is not the stability, and the Finis Swimmer´s Snorkel front tube is yellow and doesn´t fit the tube very well. I have to force it and it doesn´t go in completely. However, it depends on the model, as there are different "front" Finis models.

Not as much as Finis Cárdio Cap (which further restricts breathing hypoxically, developing respiratory muscles). It fulfills its intended function.
