Using the Foil Body Motion a swimmer can use his or her entire body to create a powerful and undulating dolphin kick through the water.

So complex answer I took 44-46 and I´m using these (I wear 45.5 narrow sole) even if I have all my fingers out up to the beginning of the sole....so to avoid blisters I took some neoprene socks the problem is that the band behind the heel is not very rigid and sometimes they came out even though they are practically tight... I also tried to order the next size 47-49 which however was slightly different in the hole where the toes come out and remained wider …..but the size was really huge….the size 44-46 with the opening of the 47-49 would have been better but how could you choose!!!

Good morning. I normally wear shoes 40-41.5 and I have a thin foot. Mares and Cressi fins usually 39/40 so, as indicated by the size chart I took the S. The first time I wore them they seemed a bit tight but then swimming I realized that the size with bare feet is perfect. I think the M would have been large. Considering all this, for BR 43 I would opt for EU 44 instead of EU 45.

Ideally, you would measure your feet in millimeters, but it seems that Finis's size chart doesn't list mm sizes. Brazil shoe sizes are different from European ones, aren't they? An online converter is telling me Brazil 43 is Euro 45. If this is right, the 44-46 probably should fit you.

I´m a 45/46 and I bought a 44/46 monofin. It fits very well, the foot is well held, the rear elastic is taut. It does not hurt. There is an opinion from someone (above) who is the opposite case, like you and for whom it works well.
