The size M fits me well (178 cm, 66 kg, chest 94 cm, waist 78 cm), it is slightly bigger in the neck area. I would appreciate a bigger opening for the face (and no, I really don't have a big head :-)). Material is soft, flexible and pleasant in contact with skin. It doesn't limit your range of motion. I´m satisfied, but can't rate 5 stars because of the smaller opening for the face.
