IST DOLPHIN TECH JT 50 With SS Back and Basic Harness BCD Jacket

Master the depths with the IST DOLPHIN TECH JT 50, a pinnacle of engineering for the serious technical diver. This backplate and wing BCD system is designed for those who demand uncompromising reliability, precision, and performance on every dive. Built specifically for twin back-mounted tank configurations, the JT-50 provides the stability and lift capacity required for advanced and decompression diving, allowing you to focus purely on your mission. Its streamlined profile and robust construction make it the ultimate buoyancy control device for exploring wrecks, caves, and challenging open-water environments.

The core of the JT-50´s exceptional performance lies in its meticulously designed buoyancy cell. Engineered for superior hydrodynamics, the air cell’s protective shell has a special 3-dimensional cutting, which promotes streamlining without sacrificing an impressive 50 pounds of lift. This intelligent design reduces drag, allowing you to move through the water with greater efficiency and conserve valuable gas. The outer shell is crafted from highly tear-resistant material, built to withstand the harshest underwater conditions, from sharp metal wrecks to abrasive cave walls. A durable, anti-corrosion zip encloses the replaceable inner air cell, ensuring long-term serviceability and peace of mind.

Upon surfacing, two strategically placed drainage holes in the bottom of the shell allow trapped water to escape quickly, reducing excess weight and simplifying your exit from the water. The circular, doughnut design is a key feature that eliminates gas trapping, a common issue in other BCD styles that can lead to instability and difficulty in maintaining trim. This proven design provides technical divers with immediate and precise buoyancy control any time during a dive mission, allowing for effortless adjustments and perfect horizontal positioning. Whether you are holding a decompression stop or maneuvering in a tight space, the JT-50 responds instantly to your command. The integrated basic harness and stainless steel backplate provide a solid, stable foundation that distributes weight evenly for exceptional comfort on long dives.
