Ist Dolphin Tech Plate Pouch

IST DOLPHIN TECH Plate Pouch

Elevate your backplate and wing setup with the IST DOLPHIN TECH Plate Pouch, an essential accessory designed for the discerning diver who values efficiency, organization, and a streamlined profile. This intelligently crafted pouch is the ultimate solution for stowing your essential safety equipment without adding bulk or clutter to your diving rig. Perfect for technical and recreational divers using a backplate system, this pouch transforms unused space into highly functional storage.

The core benefit of this accessory lies in its unique and innovative design. The pouch utilises the back plate’s recess to provide a convenient and streamlined storage space for your SMB which will be in a handy position when deployment is needed. This clever placement keeps your Surface Marker Buoy and spool securely tucked away between the plate and your back, or between the plate and the wing bladder. The result is a significantly reduced profile, minimizing drag and eliminating potential entanglement hazards, allowing you to glide through the water with greater ease and safety.

Designed for reliability and ease of use in demanding underwater environments, the IST Plate Pouch ensures your safety gear is both protected and immediately accessible. The robust, wide hook-and-loop closure flap is easy to operate even when wearing thick gloves, guaranteeing that you can deploy your SMB swiftly and without fumbling. This dedicated sheath protects your marker buoy from abrasion and UV degradation, extending the life of your critical safety equipment. By providing a designated home for your SMB, it also frees up valuable pocket space or eliminates the need for clumsy bungee cords, leading to a cleaner, more organized, and professional diving configuration.
