Kraken KR-S160 Flash flotation collar

Kraken KR-S160 Flash Flotation Collar

Achieve Perfect Neutral Buoyancy and Effortless Handling for Your Underwater Strobe

Transform your underwater photography experience with the Kraken KR-S160 Flash Flotation Collar, the essential accessory for any serious diver using the powerful KR-S160 strobe. Designed with precision and performance in mind, this flotation collar is engineered to eliminate the negative weight of your flash, making your entire camera rig feel lighter, more balanced, and incredibly easy to maneuver beneath the waves. Say goodbye to arm fatigue and the constant struggle to keep your system stable, and hello to longer, more enjoyable dives focused purely on capturing the perfect shot.

The primary benefit of this collar is achieving perfect neutral buoyancy. This is the exclusive float for the Kraken KR-S160 flash, meticulously designed to counteract its weight in the water. The result is a strobe that neither sinks nor pulls upwards, allowing it to hover effortlessly alongside your camera housing. This unwavering stability is critical for capturing sharp, professional-quality images and smooth video footage, as it minimizes camera shake and allows for subtle, precise adjustments to your lighting angles without disturbing your subject or your own position in the water. It is perfect for making the flash neutrally buoyant underwater, giving you the freedom to compose your shots with greater creativity and control.

Installation is brilliantly simple and requires no tools or complicated procedures. Thanks to its intuitive design, you can just snap it on and go! This quick, secure attachment means you can add or remove the collar in seconds, whether you´re setting up on the boat or making adjustments between dives. The collar is custom molded with high density foam to fit the flash perfectly, ensuring a snug, secure grip that won´t slip or shift during your dive, even in strong currents. This precision fit not only guarantees optimal performance but also adds a layer of protection against accidental bumps and scratches, safeguarding your valuable lighting equipment.

By neutralizing the weight of your strobe, the Kraken Flotation Collar significantly reduces the overall strain on your wrists and arms. This allows you to extend your bottom time, stay comfortable for longer, and maintain the focus and patience needed to wait for marine life to reveal the perfect photographic moment. Elevate your underwater imaging and unlock the full potential of your lighting setup with this indispensable, high-performance accessory.
