This unique synthetic construction closely matches the stretch and movement of a traditional lycra rash vest, while providing the insulation qualities similar to that of a Neoprene wetsuit.

Close to the skin, Lavacores soft internal fleece and high 4-way stretch produces the ultimate comfort warmth weight ratio, a true leader amongst any fabrics within the water sports industry.

Wet or dry, hot or cold, Lavacore helps control your core temperature longer, whether worn as a stand alone garment, or under your wetsuit or clothing.

OUTER lycra layer is a 180 g/sqm knitted knylon wrap knit Tricot with water repellant treatment to ensure fast water run off and anti wind chill properties.

INTER layer is an impermeable breathable Microporous high stretch PU film which is wind proof and breathable allowing perspiration to be drawn away in hot conditions.

INNER Fleece layer is a 240g/sqm 4 way stretch polyester fleece with elastane.

It has Anti Pill treatment, as well as Anti Microbial treatment to reduce odour and eliminate bacteria.

All our freediving/spearfishing/triathlon wetsuits are carefully checked before shipping. This thorough inspection allows us to completely rule out any signs of wear or damage. Please try on the wetsuits with great care and in the correct manner. If in doubt, we recommend trying on the wetsuit wearing gloves and socks, and turning it inside out. Please be careful not to stretch the material too much and avoid any pressure that could cause finger marks or nail scratches on the suit. Refunds in the event of a return are conditional upon the suit being returned in the same perfect condition in which it was sent.

2mm neoprene drysuit undersuit. Excellent thermal insulation for lake diving at 10°C. Suitable for winter or lake diving if it's melting. In summer, at the beach, it's perhaps too heavy; probably best with a trilaminate wetsuit. Excellent fit. I'm 182cm and weigh 115kg. I fit an XL, but it's very snug. Stretchy and follows my movements, even in the shoulders. It's true that it has little buoyancy; compared to the Scubateck teddy, I've lost 2kg and maybe more. It absorbs little air and, as it doesn't crease, it doesn't trap air pockets. Exactly what I needed because the wetsuit fits me perfectly, and for lake diving at 10°C, even in summer below 30m, I needed an undersuit that wasn't too thick but still warm. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.
