Mares Dry suit hanger

MARES Dry Suit Hanger

Properly caring for your drysuit is essential for ensuring its longevity, performance, and reliability on every dive. The Mares Dry Suit Hanger is a masterfully engineered accessory designed specifically to address the unique storage and drying challenges of modern drysuits. Moving beyond conventional hanger designs, this tool is an indispensable part of any serious diver´s gear maintenance routine, offering a superior method for preserving your significant investment. By fundamentally changing how a drysuit is hung, Mares provides a solution that actively protects vulnerable components, accelerates drying, and keeps your suit in peak condition for your next underwater adventure.

The Mares Dry Suit Hanger is the ultimate solution for preserving your valuable drysuit. Its innovative upside-down hanging design, secured by a robust boot clamp, allows for superior ventilation and rapid drying, preventing mildew and odors. This method protects your suit´s delicate neck and shoulder areas from damage caused by conventional hangers. The 360-degree swivel hook ensures even drying and convenient storage. Durable and easy to use, it’s the professional choice for extending the life of your drysuit.

Protect Your Investment with an Intelligent Design

Unlike standard hangers that place the entire weight of a wet, heavy drysuit on the delicate shoulder and neck seal areas, the Mares hanger inverts the process. This intelligent upside-down orientation completely eliminates stress-induced stretching, material fatigue, and potential tearing of critical latex or neoprene seals and the expensive zipper assembly. By supporting the suit from its strongest point—the boots—it ensures the suit´s integrity is maintained over the long term, saving you from costly repairs and premature replacements.

Superior Airflow for Rapid, Thorough Drying

The open, inverted structure promoted by the Mares Dry Suit Hanger is the key to efficient drying. This design allows for maximum air circulation throughout the entire interior and exterior of the suit. Gravity works in your favor, channeling residual water down and out through the neck opening, preventing moisture from pooling in the extremities. This enhanced ventilation significantly speeds up the drying process and is your best defense against the development of mold, mildew, and unpleasant odors, ensuring your suit is always fresh, hygienic, and ready to wear. Its robust, heavy-duty build is more than capable of handling the substantial weight of a fully saturated drysuit without bending or failing.
