Product description of Mares Ergo Dry Diving Snorkel

Description summary

Experience 100% dry breathing with the MARES Ergo Dry Diving Snorkel. Its patented dry top system instantly seals to prevent water entry, allowing for uninterrupted exploration. Effortlessly clear any residual water with the large, one-way exhaust valve. Designed for comfort during extended use, it features an ergonomic, high-quality silicone mouthpiece and a flexible corrugated hose. Perfect for both scuba divers and snorkelers seeking confidence and enjoyment underwater

MARES Ergo Dry Diving Snorkel: Experience 100% Dry Breathing

Discover the ultimate in breathing comfort and performance with the MARES Ergo Dry Diving Snorkel. Designed for the discerning diver and avid snorkeler, this snorkel eliminates the most common annoyance of underwater exploration: inhaling water. Say goodbye to sputtering and clearing, and hello to uninterrupted enjoyment of the marine world. The exclusive, patented engineering of the dry top and an ergonomically correct mouthpiece make this the ideal snorkel for scuba or for prolonged snorkeling sessions. The innovative combination of the 100% dry top and an efficient exhaust valve in the mouthpiece ensures a completely dry breathing environment from the moment you descend until you surface.

The MARES Ergo Dry is engineered to provide an unparalleled user experience. Its core strength lies in its ability to keep water out, allowing you to breathe naturally and with total confidence. Whether you are navigating choppy surface waters or making a descent, the advanced dry top mechanism instantly seals the tube, preventing any water from entering. This means more focus on the vibrant life around you and less on managing your equipment.

Key Benefits:

Unparalleled Dry Performance: At the heart of the Ergo Dry is a state-of-the-art dry top system. This patented mechanism acts as an advanced splashguard, immediately closing the snorkel´s opening upon submersion to guarantee that no water enters the breathing tube. You can dive, turn, and swim freely without the worry of inhaling saltwater.

Effortless Water Clearing: In the unlikely event that a small amount of water enters the snorkel, clearing it is effortless. The large, one-way exhaust valve located at the bottom of the snorkel allows any water to be purged with a simple, gentle exhalation, without letting any back in.

Superior Comfort for Extended Use: Designed for long sessions in the water, the Ergo Dry features an anatomical design that reduces drag and fits comfortably. The mouthpiece, made from high-quality silicone, is ergonomically shaped to reduce jaw fatigue, a common issue during long dives or snorkeling excursions. The corrugated silicone hose offers excellent flexibility, allowing the mouthpiece to drop away from your face when not in use—perfect for scuba divers switching to their regulator.

Main Features:

* Anatomical Design: A hydrodynamic and ergonomic shape that conforms comfortably to the side of your head.
* Patented Dry Top: A cutting-edge splashguard and sealing system that provides 100% dry breathing by preventing water entry.
* Large Lower Exhaust Valve: A one-way purge valve for instant and effortless clearing of any residual water from the mouthpiece reservoir.
* Corrugated Hose and Mouthpiece: Both components are crafted from high-quality, hypoallergenic silicone for maximum flexibility, durability, and long-lasting comfort.
* Pivoting Snorkel Keeper: Allows for quick and easy attachment to your mask strap, with simple adjustments for perfect positioning.

Technical Specifications:

* Target User: Adult
* Primary Activities: Diving, Snorkeling
* Type: Rigid Snorkel with Flexible Corrugated Section
* Compliance: Standards Compliant
* Mouthpiece: Ergonomic, High-Quality Silicone
* Hose: Corrugated, High-Quality Silicone

Whether you are a scuba diver seeking a reliable snorkel for surface swims or a snorkeling enthusiast planning to spend hours exploring a reef, the MARES Ergo Dry Diving Snorkel is your ticket to a more comfortable, safe, and enjoyable underwater experience. Elevate your adventure and breathe with total confidence

The tube's ergonomics are very good, but it still makes a mess not to get water into the tube, it gives you a feeling of still being able to inhale.
