MARES Lanyard Spiral with Ring.

The best way to fasten and hold your torch using this flexible accessory.

Secure your essential dive equipment and enjoy complete peace of mind on every underwater adventure with the MARES Lanyard Spiral with Ring Extender. Designed for the discerning diver who values both security and accessibility, this lanyard is the ultimate solution for preventing the accidental loss of valuable gear like dive torches, cameras, computers, and consoles. Stop worrying about dropping your gear into the abyss and focus on the beauty of your dive.

Experience the freedom of having your accessories tethered securely to your BCD, yet instantly available when you need them. The innovative spiral design keeps your equipment streamlined and close to your body to prevent snags and drag, but effortlessly stretches to provide ample reach and unrestricted movement. When you´re finished using your accessory, the coil automatically retracts, keeping your dive profile neat and tidy and ensuring your gear is always right where you expect it to be.

A key feature of this lanyard is its robust quick-release buckle. This smart mechanism allows you to detach your accessory from the lanyard with a simple, one-handed action—perfect for passing a torch to your buddy or for easier handling of your camera on the surface without having to unclip the entire system from your D-ring. The accessory end features a strong, corrosion-resistant metal ring, ensuring a reliable connection point for your gear, even in harsh saltwater environments. On the other end, a durable webbing loop provides a secure and stable attachment to any D-ring on your BCD or harness.

As a vital part of the Mares line of snap hooks and Extenders, this spiral lanyard is engineered for reliability and longevity. It’s a small investment that protects your much larger investments in dive technology and illumination, making it an indispensable piece of safety and convenience equipment for divers of all levels.

Christophe

Solid price-quality ratio. Definitely for attaching a heavier dive light. Eos 32. This clip works perfectly. Disadvantage is that it´s a bit too big to attach in a pocket. And the hook can rotate 360 degrees. Handy for a light attached to a BCD
