I wear size 41 Brazil. I bought 42/44. It fits well. But with socks up to 3mm thick... If you wear socks of 5mm I think it will be tight, but still wearable. Without socks it is a little loose. A tad wide and bigger on size on the footing vs others. If you have narrow feet be advised you might want to go lower on size and will prob need thicker socks. I normally go for 38-40 and had to go 36-38 for okish fit on these.

not sure how tot help but im US10.5, foot length 27.6, I wear 46/48 with 7mm socks. According to Pathos 48-50 corresponds to 24 - 29/31 cm.
