I have used it to glue a separation between two materials, outer fabric/neoprene, I mean that it has not been a break in the material. It has worked very well for me. The order took a little longer than initially expected (one of the products I ordered was out of stock) but the communication was perfect and the order arrived in a more than acceptable time.
