Tecnomar Centro non return valve

TECNOMAR Centro Non-Return Valve & Nitrox Filter Manifold

Elevate the safety and purity of your scuba tank fills with the TECNOMAR Centro Non-Return Valve and Nitrox Filter system. Expertly engineered for the discerning diver, dive center, or filling station operator, this essential accessory from the Dive Tanks > Accessories and Parts category is your first line of defense in ensuring the highest quality breathing gas for every underwater adventure. Designed by TECNOMAR, a brand synonymous with professional-grade diving equipment, this manifold is built for reliability, performance, and peace of mind.

Uncompromising Air Purity and Safety

The primary benefit of the TECNOMAR Centro manifold is its advanced filtering capability, making it fully prepared for Nitrox (EANx) applications. By integrating a dedicated filter housing into the filling line, it helps capture residual moisture, oil, and particulates that may be present in the air supply. This is critically important for enriched air diving, where an ultra-clean, oxygen-compatible gas supply is non-negotiable for diver safety. The system´s integrated back-pressure valve (non-return valve) provides an additional layer of security by preventing any backflow from the cylinder into the filling whip, protecting your valuable compressor and filling panel from potential contamination.

Robust Engineering and Versatile Design

Built to withstand the rigors of high-pressure environments, the TECNOMAR Centro boasts an impressive working pressure of 300 bar. The filter housing is secured with a robust double O-ring seal, a hallmark of quality design that ensures a leak-proof and secure connection fill after fill. This attention to detail guarantees durability and a long service life.

This unit is designed for maximum compatibility and user convenience. It features a standard 232 bar female DIN inlet, but can also be delivered with a 300 bar connection upon request to suit your specific setup. The smart design includes an integrated bleed manifold with a male DIN connection at the opposite end, streamlining the process of depressurizing the line after filling. For enhanced monitoring and customization, the bleed block is equipped with an extra 1/4" BSP threaded port, perfect for adding a pressure gauge or other compatible accessories to your filling station.

The 90-degree outlet from the filter not only houses the crucial back-pressure valve but also provides an ergonomic angle for hose routing, helping to reduce stress on your equipment and create a more organized filling area.
