This undergarment is suitable for dry suit diving in conditions where the water temperature would not be too cold. I would describe it as a summer diving suit. It is thin and the fleece interior is soft and comfortable. I am 5’9” with a 32” inseam and weigh 185 lbs. The size large fits perfectly, close fitting and snug but not encumbering. I also wear it around the house and in my sleeping bag when camping during cool and damp weather. I like it very much and would recommend it provided that you understand it’s limitations. It is not for very cold, under ice winter diving.

Hi, if I were you, I´d choose size XL. I took size L and I´m 1.80m tall and weigh 75kg, so it´s a little large on me, but it´s perfect under a dry suit.
