The fins are weird to wear if you are used to a specific type , yet once you get used to them you will realise how much of a good kick they have , They are perfect for frog kicking in currents and they are not long so they are good for compact spaces Would recommend them , They are on the medium to heavy side yet there are companies that provide heavier jet fins Hope this helps
