So grateful I could buy these for my running outside as I’ve struggled with bad shin splints in the past. These are so comfortable and bouncy. I sized up by half because I’ve got slightly wider than normal feet and I’ll advise you do same if it’s the case for you too as they are built a bit narrow.

Good cushioning on the heel, enough support through the ankle and comfortable mid-foot. I’ve only done max 7 miles in one hike but probably 100 miles overall so this is my 2nd pair of exactly the same shoe. I’m 5’6” and 9st 8lbs.
