Искал кроссовки с карбоновой пластиной для использования на грунтовом покрытии и частично асфальте. Решил попробовать данную модель от ASICS. Дроп 5мм и это чувствуется после моих старых кроссовок с дропом 8мм. С таким дропом бег предполагает постановку на среднюю часть стопы. Кроссовки хорошо сделаны, вес мог бы быть немного меньше. Для ежедневных тренировок хорошо, но для участия в гонках нужно искать что-то более лёгкое. Ощущения от карбоновой пластины не почувствовал.

Overall, a good shoe for smooth, clean trails. Ideal for forest paths and roads. As soon as it gets technical downhill, the shoe is unstable at the forefoot. It's difficult to get good support on downhill slopes.
