It's a wonderful shoe. Incredibly good cushioning. Especially for me, who is a bit heavier, it's a great shoe. I ran with another brand for a while because it was recommended. But I swear by Mizuno, and then this shoe. Wonderful, absolutely recommended. Excellent cushioning. Excellent fit. I run longer distances, 15 to half marathons, and I absolutely love them. The color combination too. I don't like those bright shoes; you want something to look at.
