Excellent quality lightweight vest that fits everything you will need for mountain hikes/runs. You barely feel like you are carrying anything, even when it was filled with rain gear, lunch, water. The bottles are so easy to use on the go. Bargain price for what you get!

This 12 L hydration vest can hold two cartons of 10 eggs each, two half-liter bottles of milk and one or two pounds of butter, which I buy from the organic farm 5 km away. I also take my rain jacket with me if necessary. My cell phone (for checking my pulse rate every 100 m), keys, ID and money all fit safely in the zipped pockets. Since I got the hydration vest, I also take something to drink with me on the 10 km. This means that the vest is then fully packed, but everything sits on the chest so that nothing rubs. Purchase recommendation: If in doubt, choose a larger packing volume, i.e. this 12 l instead of 8 or even the ADV SKIN CROSS SEASON 15 instead of this 12 l. If in doubt, choose a smaller size so that the bottles sit nicely on the side of the collarbones/pectorals and not in the middle of the chest.
