I use my Salomon Active Skin 4, either for my training sessions up to 3-4 hours, or for races without too much equipment, so mainly in the summer, up to 70 km. In the front, it's the phone in the pocket that closes plus some bars/gels. In the back, a jacket just in case. I chose this bag because for hydration, you can put 2 flasks, or a water bladder (I tested up to 2 L) or both. It's perfect; with a very good quality/price ratio when you find it on sale.
