Great trail running shoes!

I mostly run in the woods – on trails, forest roads, and occasionally asphalt – and previously used the Salomon Speedcross. The Supercross 4 GTX are a worthy successor. The cushioning is noticeably more comfortable, which is particularly noticeable on rougher sections. The grip is top-notch as usual, even on muddy surfaces (I often run in snow or rain, too). The fit is a bit tighter than expected: I normally wear a size 43, but at 43 1/3 I'm just on the border – if you're between sizes, you should go for the larger size. I could have possibly ordered a size 44, or even the extra-wide version. The shoes look great, and the tried-and-tested Quicklace system remains a real plus for me: quick on and off, no fiddling. All in all, (another) great trail shoe from Salomon!
