Is the 6500 coil compatible with the 7500 body?

Hello, I have a Slammer IV 7500, that reel is loaded with 0.45 Saltiga x12. I want to be able to use the reel for other modalities and I am looking for another reel, but so I don´t have to buy so much line. Are the 6500 reels compatible with my reel? Thank you very much.

The Penn Slammer IV 6500 is a smaller reel and though the spool sizes are close, the correct spool for a 7500 is the 7500 spool.
