Hello, I first inflated it with a needle to inflate the balloons but you have to be very quick to screw it back in because it deflates a little when you remove the needle. Then I bought the Plastimo valve connector: Unscrew 3/4 of a turn, inflate to the right pressure and screw again. It´s more practical but the fixing could be improved.

This is because the filling system requires an adapter tip for the valve that did not come with the product and also does not say on your website how to find it. Good morning, the same thing happened to me and I went to a Chinese store and bought one of those tips to inflate balls but it did not fit the gun that I had to blow air... so I tried to inflate directly with the air gun with a compressor and I did well.
