The BCD is comfortable to wear like a backpack and is very light. It gives you a lot of freedom of movement. I'm male, 1.79 m tall and weigh 68 kg. Size M fits great, but only with the waist belt in size S. Fortunately, thanks to modularity, this is a cost-effective adjustment.

Looks like an awesome BCD. Feels good, comes with integrated weight pocket (I added the trim pockets as an extra). Side pockets are ok in size (not big enough for a camera housing), but best of all, access is not hampered by inflated bladder, as a wing style BCD would have been. 4 nicely placed metal D-rings. Mounting is easy, disassembly requires a tool (flat head screwdriver or simply the backend of a teaspoon) Can be packed down to bare nothing. (I haven´t had it in the water yet)

Very good BCD. Have now made about 40 dives with it in the Red Sea. Super satisfied and feel like a dolphin in the water with it. You can spin around without problems and easily be stable underwater. A big plus is being able to take it apart when travelling. Have bought extra weight pockets to get an even more perfect balance. As all parts are replaceable, the service life will be long.

I think you need at least a L, in ROGUE there are only three sizes. The size guide is not up to date on the site or at Aqualung.

I have XL and I'm 1.80 but 92kg and when I dive with wetsuit I can't make it any smaller so I would take the Large if I was you. Also a fellow clubmember has large and he's about your length and not complaining

Hi. It does not come with integrated weights. Bu t easily you can use normal led weights in pockets that are available on dive centers. Trim pockets can by bought separately. I recommend adding trim pockets as it improves balance. The bcd is a great buy. I love it
