we’ve yet to test the product but expect the best. i wrote to the scubastore to inquire about the depth rating and received an excellent reply. they stated that they asked best divers to depth test the product, and that they did. i now have confidence going to my aow limits with my rental car fobs as we shore dive around the world. we’ve siliconed the o-ring and booked our trip. i will update ,this review if we have any failures that can’t be explained by user error. the egg is larger than expected, but always better to be too big than too small!

Place for my car and front door key. Only been up to 20m for now and everything remained dry. No more hiding with a key.

I needed a way to keep my electronic car key safe while diving. This dry box is perfect! You can read elsewhere that they´ve been tested to 80m/240ft, and so they are conservatively rated at 40m/120ft. Perfect for recreational diving! (Tip: Don´t forget to lubricate the o-ring like you would for a torch.)
