Procedure:
- Place the mouthpiece in your mouth facing up (UP). Remove excess material on the tip and sides until the mouthpiece adheres well to the gum.
- Heat the water to 90/100 °. Immerse the mouthpiece in the water for 10/20 seconds holding it by the black holder. Do not remove the stand during this step.
- Remove the mouthpiece from the water and cool for 10/15 seconds. Place it in your mouth and press while biting hard to shape it.
- After modeling it, remove the black support and the side hooks. Repeat steps 1 through 4 if the shape is not satisfactory.

Each person has a different jaw and bite of teeth, therefore, for greater convenience, I bought a molding one. And I did not regret it, it sits perfectly, the muscles do not get tired! Great product!

Never been a beleiver of moulding your own mouthpiece as a mouthpiece is a mouthpiece... NO...? Wrong... once you have tried one of these, took your time to do the fitting job properly, it is like a releive in your mouth and the occasional jaw pain is gone. Be aware, it is not that easy to cut it when needed. Take your time and really do a good job. Your jow will thank you dive after dive.

Hello! Are they universal? I would like a thermo-adjustable mouthpiece to always take with me to the diving centers... but I can´t find that information (if they are all valid for everything) thank you!

Hello, yes, it is universal. I use it for exactly the same thing. Just remember that most centers already install their own mouthpiece and you will have to ask them to remove it and install yours. Take zip ties with you so you can hold it down.
