Backpack has really a lot of space to carry all necessary equipment and more. Material seems to be good quality and it's pretty comfortable to carry it on your back with all things in. I can't wait to test it in real with my wet stuff after diving. Only thing what little bit concerns me is waterproofing. And one thing what I think it could be better is ventilation net on both sides. I mean when you have wet suite in side your backpack some water will accumulate on bottom and if you lay down backpack inside your car I suppose water will flow out.

It has everything you need - a lot of space to store everything for your adventure, it even has a cool/thermo pocket. I think it will serve him well. Great bag at a good price! It has a very large capacity, it fits all the snorkeling equipment very comfortably! The zipper opens fully so you can put and take things off very easily! It is waterproof and you do not get wet on your back or buttocks when you put things wet. Very good and easy to use case for weapons, as well as the refrigerator for fish! I was looking for a long time to find such a good bag at such a bargain price. It is definitely one of the top in its class! The only negative is the straps on the shoulders, while they are quality and durable, I would like them to have extra pillows so that the shoulders do not get tired. When I have only the equipment of the snorkel, there is no problem, but in the turn when the equipment is wet and heavier, plus the weight from the fish (3-5 kg), they start and cut the straps on my shoulders.

I like this backpack a lot! It holds all my gear (wetsuit, fins, mask, snorkel, weights, towel, change of clothes) and everything else I would want to put in it. The quality seems great and the construction is sturdy. It seems to be made for a slightly bigger person than me (169cm, 60kg) considering the pleasement of the chest strap, which is a little low to be truly comfortable but all in all its exactly what I was looking for. My friend got one too after seeing mine and she is happy with it as well.

Guys, I think 5 stars are not enough for this Beuchat product. They must be 6 or 7. So practical, sturdy, big but compact at the same time. I absolutely love it! And it already proved its functionality on the field - I have climbed and went down cliffs in order to reach a small beach with the following on/in the backpack - 115 cm + 70 mm spearguns, long fins, 5 mm suit, mask, snorkel, buoy, adult cotton poncho, gloves+boots, other accessories.

If you mean any form of hole at the very bottom, no it doesn't have it. But I'd consider that an unwanted feature as the bad would be dripping water on your back and legs once you'd put it on. However, on the lower side, roughly at 15/20 cm from the bottom there are two lattice inserts (8x15 cm) that allow moisture to evaporate and be released to the outside. Hope this helps
