Every diver, regardless of experience, knows that the oxygen tank’s pressure level is a paramount piece of information when diving. With the Cressi Digi 2 dive console in your equipment, you can say goodbye to your old analog pressure gauge; this advanced Cressi Specialized device can give you constant, trustworthy info with just a screen check.

The Digi 2 is enclosed in a highly-durable thermoplastic-covered ABS case with an integrated fixing ring for added utility. This advanced dive console’s modular construction allows quick and easy repairs, while the battery is not only easily replaceable but, with proper use and charging, offers an unmatched autonomy of up to 700 dives in a year.

The 45 x 27 mm anti-scratch screen has been smartly designed to give you useful information by distributing it into highly-visible sectors. The Digi 2 comes with a sensor that automatically turns it on when it detects sea pressure, and its display provides up to seven data points simultaneously to make your visit to the depths as safe and accurate as possible.

We put the trust of one of the most important data referring to our safety, if not the most important, the air pressure of the tank, to an extremely simple and imprecise instrument, the analogic manometer, a copper spiral through which a hole detects the pressure and shows the reading in a sphere by the moving of a needle. With DIGI 2 Cressi proposes a high precision instrument that also provides other data of constant interest to the diver. All with a very contained size and cost.

- Size extremely reduced with digits of great size and high contrast. Phosphorescent screen.
- Housing in ABS anti-shock with thermoplastic rubber case that integrates fixing ring.
- 45 x 27 mm rectangular phosphorescent screen with Bumpon anti-shock and anti-scratch protector.
- Large digits (10 x 5 mm the main data) with rooms separated by distribution lines.
- Post-production battery saving system, using a magnet. The intelligent box (patented) can be used to maintain the DIGI 2 in latent energy saving mode and perform tasks such as changing units of measurement.
- Replacing the battery by the user without the need for tools. After the battery change, DIGI 2 performs a self-test of pressurization (patented) to make sure that it has been done correctly. Battery cover specifically designed to avoid incidents, with two clips and with easily replaceable parts (O-ring). Works seamless . Exactly as promoted small, light and accurate . Air consumption is a bonus. Will buy a second one for my wife as we use dive computers on our wrist. All we really need is pressure but nothing wrong with backup! To change units flip the smart cover over (use opposite side of integrated magnet) and tap .. repeat 3 times.. the manual is not clear on this point.

As Scuba Diving is gaining popularity, equipment really needs to be upgraded into digital and I just don't mean dive computers which are more like internal calculators. Scuba Diving really needs to progress with the times. Specialised electronic equipment should be made more available and cheaper for the regular recreational divers. Great start Cressi. Keep it up.

So much cooler than your basic SPG/console, less weight, and reasonably priced. Very happy with this console! Works well as a fail safe in conjunction with air integrated computer (separate). PS- it is not a computer, but it can provide a number of helpful safety functions in the case of a computer failure.
