For the last four years, Cressi’s Leonardo diving computer series been very well received by amateurs and professionals due to its excellent performance in all conditions. Designed for professional diving, the first dive computer of this well-known Italian company has a low relief ergonomic profile to facilitate its use in all kinds of circumstances, as well as to avoid tripping and snagging in the depths.

As would be customary on the next Cressi diving computers, the Leonardo has a large User-Friendly Display System (UFDS) , designed to present information in an intuitive and organized way with high contrast digits and separation lines. With three modes (dive, depth gauge and clock), this computer will always keep you up to date with what you need to know under the surface.

An elegant expression of simple, functional design, the Leonardo is a must-have for divers entering the sport and those who “just want to dive.”

A single button interface makes it effortless to program Air, Nitrox and Gauge modes the first time a diver picks the computer up, and an edge-to-edge, high-definition screen gives large numerical displays in a computer that is still compact and travel-friendly.

The clearly visible battery life indicator and distinct audible alarms deliver critical information as well as peace-of-mind during the dive.

The Leonardo can also be fully re-set after each use, making it an excellent choice for rental departments.

The Cressi Leonardo computer is excellent to start diving, it covers the most important things for Air and Nitrox. Its use is simple and intuitive, although the manual is not very clear, particularly in the planning section. The cons would be, the backlight is not as bright, the alarm beep is not as powerful, and the most important of the disadvantages is the interface to download the information, it is virtually impossible to get it, new or used, I was lucky and the I got it, which adds a lot of value.

this dive computer is very easy to use though the manual is not that great. to use, turn on in the button (the only one). long click to select, the mode to change, short click to change settings (that is all). looks sturdy too and battery easy to change (just be sure you have spare parts). has nitrox table, different settings of safety. the computer came with battery out of charge (shit happens). 10/10 would recommend for a new diver.

This computer is large which allows it to be read easily without much effort. If you already wear lenses with a not very excessive formula, you can read it in the water without them. If you are looking for a computer that you can also use as a wristwatch for daily use, this is not the right one. The strap is very long, so using 2 or 3 mm suits you will have a lot of strap left over and it is not very aesthetic. It has most of the necessary functions and is one of the most reliable and economical on the market. Recommending.
