The knife is super in the holder, so that it can't just slip out. Unfortunately only a right-handed grip, as it is slightly curved - but with practice it will also work for left-handers.

Worst design ever. If you plan on wearing any gloves when diving do not buy this item as you will not be able to press the button to pull the knife out.
