The regulator does not go to the BCD, but to the 1st stage, which in turn goes to the bottle. The hose that goes to the BCD from the 1st stage can have the connection you want (normally the standard one)

The first stage is balanced, and the predictive key is not known what it is. I used it at 38 meters, and it works the same as on the surface, I don´t notice a difference in flow, with or without pressure and neither with the bottle full or empty.

Hello mine has it. It is compensated and has to be pre-drive. Keep in mind that it is a small and very good regulator, however it is not recommended for seas with very cold temperatures. If you go diving in Portugal, northern Spain, I think there would be no problem.
