This is a great reg. Nice and lightweight, breathes smooth, and perfect for cold water. Does this have first and second stage included? Or is it just second stage?

Its just the first stage with the xs compact pro, the second stage with the pressure gauge and the inflator hose is not included.

Both the first stage (mc9sc) and the primary second stage (xs compact pro) are included in the set. The alternate air source (if cold water diving, preferably the same xs compact pro), a pressure gauge, and the inflator hose are not included.
