The package says can use for a pole spear upto 150cm the band alone at rest is 68cm end to end (34cm unstretched double length) 1cm diameter with 5mm hollow inside. Was able to stretch it 300% from 34cm to +100cm the string adds another 12cm. They use tie wraps to package it so creates creases on band so stretch out before use.
