Hollis has become a leader in the sidemount market. It is not just a fad and not just a tool for cavers, it’s here to stay and is growing. The SMS 75 is an evolution from years of sidemount development, which started with the SMS 100.

A product that has been copied, modified and a benchmark for technical sidemount for years. Even more popular has been the lightweight SMS 50 line. These two have taken sidemount mainstream and the building blocks this new harness.

While it will cater more to hardcore cave divers, SMS 75 was created to handle all environments. Proper trim is key and the wing is designed to promote horizontal diving with increased lift towards the hips where it’s needed most, and without modification. The SMS 75 will also support rear mounted tanks and reversible inflator positions.

- Cam slots for single tank and grommets at 11” for banded doubles

- Reversible Inflator & Dump assembly

- Rigging kit included: Tank bungees, SS Cam bands, SS Bolt snaps & nylon line

- Includes sternum strap & crotch strap

- Inner located elbow to avoid overhead interference

Have only used it for backmount so far, will move on to sidemount when doing AOW. Takes some time to configure, test and then more configuration to figure out what is right for you. All in all a great product! Went down from 15kg lead to 10kg when changing from a BCD vest to this BCD.

Lets make it short ... It's an awesome BCD. Becuse I am an instructor I need Both .... back mount and side mount. The Hollies SMS 75 is the perfect solution in my opinion. Its just great in the water and the trim with it is just perfect. As well it is smaller than the SMS 100 ... thats why I choosed the SMS 75 in the end instead of the 100. Love the 75!

The Hoolis SMS 75 BCD is a great BCD that fit all your needs. The SMS 75 is a sidemount BCD, but works fine for backmount too. So if you are dreaming of sidemount one day, this is a great BCD. The only thing I sometimes miss is pockets, or a place for lead.
