Is the length measurement for the rubber or for the rubber and the threaded end? I am replacing two that are 19cm up to the threaded ends and 23 cm including the threaded ends. Thanks

hello in Europe the measurement is for the rubber, you have to take it from the base of the ring where the rubber goes to the other base of the ring where the rubber ends. the threaded ends are not to be taken into account. Andrew
