I bought this reel as I needed one for my new pneumatic speargun. Mainly I wanted simple, best budget reel and this is the one. Mounting is very easy with 2 cable ties, but before mounting insulating electician tape has to be wraped around the speargun barrel to get the grip. Brake is good, in half a turn it is from unlocked to fully locked reel. It is excellent reel for low price, it does its job like other reels which cost 4 times more...look no further if you are trying to find beat budget reel.

It fulfills its function. The ideal is to put in a smaller number of meters than recommended, say 80%. You can put more straps on it so that it stays more firmly attached to the harpoon. It can be used perfectly with Marina Performance's technical thread braided rope.

I purchased this reel as an extra for my little 75cm reef gun. The reel is very sturdy and we'll built. I don't plan on the other reel being damaged, but it's always good to have a secondary one on hand and this reel is easy to put on in a pinch. For the price, I'd say this is an awesome little reel which I'd recommend 100%.

I really like this reel, it fit my gun well, however; instead of using the straps it came with, I secured it with screws so it wouldn't get pulled off. It's a solid reel and I would definitely recommend it 100%.

This reel is great Have had it for about a month and have dived with it about 20 times so far It has not chipped cracked under pressure or anything. It is worth buying one Though when you first get the reel you May have to adjust the tension of the reel with a screw driver but it works perfectly and am very happy with it
