IST DOLPHIN TECH Weight Pocket

Upgrade your buoyancy control and streamline your entire dive profile with the IST DOLPHIN TECH Weight Pocket. Designed specifically for the discerning technical diver, this weight system integrates seamlessly with your tech BCD jacket, offering a superior alternative to cumbersome and traditional weight belts. Experience unparalleled comfort, safety, and efficiency on every dive, from deep wreck penetration to extended cave exploration. This system is the definitive solution for managing your ballast with precision and confidence.

These DOLPHIN TECH weight pouches provide a secure place on the tech BCD for the weight. Once mounted, they will not interfere with any movement while diving and the simple, fail-safe quick release mechanism works every time. This core design philosophy ensures that your focus remains on the dive, not on your gear. The low-profile construction hugs your body, significantly reducing drag and eliminating the potential for entanglement. By distributing weight to your BCD, you can achieve perfect trim and stability in the water, making your movements more fluid and your gas consumption more efficient.

Engineered for extreme durability and unwavering reliability, the outer pouch is constructed from a rugged, heavy-duty 1680D nylon. This material is exceptionally resistant to abrasions, tears, and the general wear and tear of technical diving environments. The inner pouch, made from a smooth 420D nylon, allows for easy loading and unloading of weights, preventing snags and ensuring a perfect fit. Each pocket is designed to securely hold up to 4kg (8.8lb) of weight, allowing for versatile configuration based on your specific thermal protection and buoyancy needs.

Safety is paramount, and the quick-release system is a testament to this principle. The large, easy-to-grip handle can be operated effortlessly with a single hand, even while wearing thick gloves. In an emergency, ditching your weights is a swift, intuitive action, providing the peace of mind that is essential when pushing your diving limits. The secure buckle and attachment system ensures that the pockets remain firmly in place during normal diving activities, from giant stride entries to navigating tight restrictions, but will release cleanly and immediately when you need them to. Enhance your technical diving setup with the security, performance, and robust construction of the IST DOLPHIN TECH Weight Pockets
