I got L size. make sure you measure yourself cause strap length is fixed better to get size too large then to small that doesnt fit. Dont forget if wearing wetsuit adds another size then what you measured without suit.

The vest is of good quality, great detail on the hook to tie to the belt and thus prevent it from tipping over on the head during the descent. If you are going to wear a winter suit, it would be advisable to take one more size because it is a bit tight

I highly recommend this harness. its good quality, very smart (double scotches ensure that there's no way for leads to fall) the quick release is so comfy i sometimes check during dives ifs still there (and it is) since i don't feel it. very tough fabric, and after i tried diving with it , i instanstalousy asked myself how the hell did i not buy it 3 years ago.. the orange emblem in the back is a wise addition too, its orange and big, so it adds to your visibility above the water, for safety reasons. the price is quite ridicoulus to what your getting. don't forget also to get speicific weights

Hi, Specific leads which are rectangular and slimmer. there are 500-600g type, and also fatter 1kg type (slimmer aswel) Bonus: the slimmer weights im talking about are universal to a lot of other harnesses aswell (such as polosub, etc). they are just NOT made to be put on a belt, but on these harnesses. indeed, in some harnesses like mares, you can insert ´normal´ belt leads, but note that every harness that you put leads in holes, those holes will eventually loosen after a period of time since its elastic, and the material eventually gives in.... then -the weights will start to fall. i really recommend this sporasub harness. very high value for money. an unexpected investment in the middle of the life in more leads, but IMO worth it.

No you need special plates that fit in the pockets There is no room for anything else

It has to be the specific weights... the classics don´t fit. I bought 4 kilos of weights at another store that have microbeads inside. I cut out the spheres and put them inside 3 women´s socks... and filled each bag with these spheres. It´s better than with specific weights, you can put more weight than with specific weights and it´s more moldable to the body. With the specific weights you can put 4,800 Kg.... with the micro spheres I managed to put 6Kg.
