Orcatorch D560 Red Pointer torch

ORCATORCH D560 Green Laser Dive Light | Professional Underwater Pointer

Elevate your underwater communication and instruction with the ORCATORCH D560, a compact yet powerful scuba diving laser light engineered specifically for the demanding needs of dive instructors and commercial divers. This essential piece of diving equipment redefines clarity and reliability, ensuring your signals are seen and understood in any underwater environment. Say goodbye to ambiguous hand signals and effortlessly point out marine life, features on a wreck, or direct your students´ attention with a crisp, highly visible beam.

The ORCATORCH D560 is not just a tool; it´s a professional-grade instrument designed for performance and endurance. Its core function is to deliver a sharp, precise green laser with a 520nM wavelength. This specific wavelength is chosen for its excellent visibility in water, cutting through murk and particulates more effectively than other colors, making it the superior choice for clear underwater signaling.

Unmatched Reliability and Durability for the Professional Diver

Built to withstand the pressures of deep diving, the D560 features a robust water pressure-resistant construction, confidently depth-rated to an impressive 150 meters. Its chassis is milled from aircraft-grade high-strength aluminum, providing exceptional durability without adding cumbersome weight. This rugged build is further enhanced by the latest diamond-grade hard-anodized finish, offering superior resistance to the corrosive effects of seawater and ensuring your investment remains in prime condition dive after dive.

Operation is made simple and failsafe with a mechanically rotating head switch. This design is intentionally chosen over push-buttons for its unmatched reliability underwater. It prevents accidental activation, is easy to operate even with thick gloves, and drastically reduces the risk of flood points, giving you peace of mind when you need your gear to perform flawlessly.

Advanced Engineering for Consistent Performance

The D560 is powered by a high-efficiency constant current circuit, which guarantees a steady and consistent brightness level throughout the battery´s life. You won´t experience the gradual dimming common with lesser torches. It also offers exceptional power versatility, running on either a single common AA battery or a rechargeable 14500 Li-ion battery, with a maximum runtime of up to 5 hours. Integrated smart features like reverse polarity protection safeguard the electronics from improper battery installation, while the over-discharge protection function helps prolong the life of your rechargeable batteries.
