After some research, I bought this 170cm long pole spear from Salvimar. The spear is very well made and can be easily stored thanks to the divisible shaft. I've saved it for my next holiday in Croatia. The three points are very sharp and have small edges. Shipping by post was problem-free and the delivery time was fine for me. Everything was well packaged and arrived undamaged. I can't say much about the handling yet, but it feels very good when it's dry.

Very nice pole spear, I like the detachable head, and the fact that it can be disassembled in two parts fitting diagonally in large suitcase for flying (you still will need to check it in though ) . No excess flex, sturdy, bars on supplied head are good. I've already cored some fish with it. For me it seems though rubber is a bit softer/weaker then it can be. Overall finishing quality of product is excellent. Once more - very good spear.

Salvimar's style sometimes gives me a bit dubious impression about their seriousness, but every time I discover another quality product. This spear is the upgrade to my DIY lionfish spear. Build quality is great, the rubber is thicker and stronger than I could remember from when I checked it out in a store. The paralyzer has barbs on the inside. Spare rubbers can be expensive, pro-tip: Theraband Tube Black. Strong and cheap when bought in bulk.
