It's the best buoy i ever had, it is very steady, decent size for small and big people, very good quality materials, comes with the pump, but the bungees you have to make your own across for holding things like speargun. it has engine to attach underneath, so it's perfect for my scuba jet motor, it drives my gear and fish no problem, the buoy is very easy scrolling on water and cutting through the waves, stays pumped for long periods, like 3 month or even more. the flag though i threw it away because it started peeling off after 4th dive, just had extra 3 so using other , so 10 stars of 10.
