I tried 16mm and 14mm and both work very well. For abellan speargun 120 and 7,5mm shaft or 8mm 16mm is the best, for 7mm shaft I use 14mm bands. High coeficient 3,6 to 3,8.

These are the rubber bands that I use on the stick type spearguns that I manufacture ... in sizes up to 90 ... they are soft rubber bands, very elastic, easy to load and push a 6.5 rod very well ... it is a configuration with very good results for my taste.

Extremely reactive and robust rubber. A bit harder for custom build because of small diameter of hole. But don't get me wrong, small diameter is the best part of this rubber. Perfect if cut from 340 to 360%.

This band has exceptional quality and performance. Like most bands you need to protect if from UV. I bought 2 pieces, one was 1cm short, the other was 3cm short. Would have been nice to get 1.5m as advertised. However, based on quality I would buy again.

This model in particular is somewhat harder than the reactive ones but without a doubt its quality and its long-term resistance make it more susceptible to buying them.The extreme ones are very well finished in the edges of the rubber and the hole is smaller and for this reason we take advantage of thicker black rubber on these tires. I personally love them.
