Normal like the others, they will last 1 year. The best ones are velcro but there are none.

Good for spearfishing and freediving. My foot size is 41.5 and I ordered 40-41 and it's fit perfect on bare foot. With 3mm sock fits tight so if you usually dive with sock buy one size bigger.
