ION Pads E-Pact elbow guards

ION´s new youth collection features everything young shredders need for downhill and park runs all day long. Therefore, it was just the logical step to offer the award-winning E-Pact in smaller sizes so young riders can also profit from reliable protection. ION designed the E-Pact with a pre-shaped, almost 90° angle to reduce fatigue of the arms and provide a wrinkle-free fit. As freedom of movement is the most important function an elbow guard needs to offer ION integrated the simple but unmatched hard cap in combination with a high-quality memory foam padding for optimal protection and comfort.


Features:

Super Perforator Neoprene:
- Very flexible and robust neoprene with superior breathability. Of course not if compared with a mesh fabric. But for neoprene it is the most breathable one we used to date.

SAS-TEC Main Padding:
- SAS-TEC is a based innovative producer of body armor protective components. SAS-TEC has a long track record of producing outstanding motorbike protection and is the best choice for your safety. We use 3D-protectors made of visco elastic soft foam with incredible shock absorption values.

Power Aramid:
- Power Aramid is a synthetic fiber originally developed by DuPont. Today it’s used for a range of applications from bulletproof helmets to tires to bow strings. It offers outstanding tear resistance and tensile strength.

Lightweight EVA side padding:
- Closed cell foam lightweight and flexible protection where you need it.

Air Prene:
- Neoprene is pretty versatile. It also absorbs impact forces in the event of a crash. Airprene Padding makes for lightweight protection, whilst providing sufficient breathability to avoid overheating underneath.
