Lilliputiens Basque Calendar

Discover a world of daily wonder and learning with the LILLIPUTIENS Basque Calendar, a delightful addition to any child´s room or learning space. This beautifully crafted, interactive wall chart transforms the abstract concept of time into a tangible and exciting daily adventure. Designed to foster independence and create comforting routines, this calendar helps your child grasp the passage of time in a playful and engaging way, all while being immersed in the rich Basque language.

Each morning becomes a special ritual as your child takes on the important job of updating the day´s information. This engaging Fabric calendar in Basque is packed with beautifully illustrated, movable pieces that your child can easily handle. They will love exploring and selecting the correct elements for the day of the week (Astelehena, Asteartea...), the numerical date, the month of the year (Urtarrila, Otsaila...), and even the current year, which can be changed as time goes on. This hands-on activity is not only fun but also brilliant for developing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and logical thinking.

But the learning doesn´t stop there. The LILLIPUTIENS Basque Calendar also invites children to become little meteorologists by observing and choosing the day´s weather. Is it sunny (Eguzkitsua), cloudy (Hodeitsua), or rainy (Euritsua)? This feature encourages observation and introduces essential vocabulary. Furthermore, the calendar beautifully illustrates the four seasons, helping children connect the changes they see in the world around them—from the blossoms of spring to the snows of winter—with the progression of the year.

With the signature charm and vibrant, enchanting design characteristic of the LILLIPUTIENS brand, this calendar is more than just an educational tool; it is a stunning piece of decor that adds warmth and personality to any space. All the removable elements can be neatly stored in a convenient pouch, ensuring no pieces get lost and making cleanup a breeze.

Perfect as a thoughtful gift for a birthday, the start of a new school year, or for any family wishing to celebrate and reinforce the Basque language at home, the LILLIPUTIENS Basque Calendar is an investment in playful, everyday learning. It provides a unique and meaningful way for families to connect each morning, establishing a cherished routine that builds a sense of security, responsibility, and a foundational understanding of time, all through the magic of play
