Is the jacket only windproof and waterproof or is it also thermal for temperature control? To make it clear, I have to use it as a jacket to put in the intermediate layer to keep the temperature below 10 degrees centigrade. It´s a thin jacket, it´s not lined, but it´s windproof and insulates pretty well. It repels water but it´s not waterproof. I´d say it´ll do the trick.
